COACHES INTRODUCTION

MEET RECAP
Congratulations to all of our swimmers who participated in the IMX Invite, proudly hosted by TEST ! It was a fantastic weekend full of energy, teamwork, and strong performances in the pool.
Many athletes achieved new personal bests and showed great progress across multiple events. Beyond the times and results, what stood out the most was the motivation, team spirit, and pride our swimmers demonstrated while representing TEST.
A huge thank you to all families and volunteers for your support and dedication throughout the meet — this event would not have been possible without you !
We’re excited to carry this momentum into our upcoming competitions.

TRAINING TIP
CONSISTENCY BEATS INTENSITY
It’s better to show up regularly, even on days when you feel tired or busy, than to miss practice completely. Swimming is all about building habits — every lap adds up ! By staying consistent, you’ll not only improve your technique and endurance, but also reduce the risk of injury and stay motivated throughout the season.
